Breakdown & carriages
- ASM Carriage3 or 4 knee, slanted or flat. Precision-machined components keyed to the frame, so it stays aligned with no shimming.
- Slabbers & cantersHeavy welded steel base shifting on 5-1/2″ hardened chrome round ways, powered by 200–250 hp motors. Built around the chipper head you prefer.
- Curve canting & sawingSystems and upgrades that follow the log's curve for better recovery, including gang-to-curve conversions.
Gang, edger & sharp chain
- Shifting gang feed tableElectric drive with pneumatic chromed press rolls and skid pans that index each cant. Round-way slide base allows up to 34″ of shift.
- Sharp chain systemsNew and retrofit sharp chain, CNC machined in house, with matching sprockets for a smoother-running, better-mating system.
- Press roll frames & skew rollsEdger hold-down frames, skewed infeed rolls and chromed rolls, built new or rebuilt to print.
Trimmers, sorters & stackers
- Line-shaft trimmersClamshell trimmer box spans new or existing trimmer chains for easy saw changes. Line-shaft saw ladders cut connected horsepower and eliminate 10–12 electric motors.
- Tilt hoistsHeavy tube-and-pipe frame for 8′ to 24′ packages, single or double. RC180 leveling chain with skewing cylinders and a three-stage telescoping lift cylinder that stops frame racking.
- Sorters, stackers & tipplesBin sorter, stacker and sorter tipple components, kicker link arms and drive bases.
Conveyors & material handling
- Chain conveyors & transfersChain conveyors, transfers, landing decks and roll cases, with chain and sprockets sized to the duty.
- Unscramblers & lug loadersUnscrambler and lug loader equipment that meters boards evenly into the line.

Down time costs more than the part.
When a shaft breaks or a sprocket wears out on a Friday, call the shop. We can reverse-engineer the part from the old one, machine it, and get it on a truck. We are on I-10 with the mills of Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi and Louisiana within a day's drive.
